I see that Dr. Martha Grogan is one of the contributing doctors. We met with her for the first time last week. She gave us a wealth of information on cardiac amyloidosis.
Dr. Grogan is a gem. I will actually see her this weekend at our Familial conference in Chicago. We will have 3 cardiologists attending the meeting along with oncologists, nephrologists, neurologists, a Geneticist, reps from the major pharma companies and a few others thrown in for good measure. It should be an amazing meeting and I will report back on it once I get a chance.
Thank you and please keep all of us informed on any thing you learn about this disease. I go to the Amyloid center at Stanford. The first week of Nov. and will update. Thank you Kay Heaton
