Leukemia and Lymphoma Society suspending their Financial Aid program

RECEIVED THIS SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TODAY!

Following careful evaluation, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) has decided to suspend the Patient Financial Aid program effective March 1. (This is the program where patients have been eligible to receive $100.00 each fiscal year because of their diagnosis.) While the program has provided some aid to patients, we are striving to offer assistance programs that deliver greater impact to patients in need. We will inform you as these new programs are implemented this year.
LLS will process applications for Patient Financial Aid received by February 28th. Effective March 1, our website will provide information on the suspension in English and Spanish, and applications will no longer be available. To download an application ASAP go to: http://www.lls.org/#/diseaseinformation/getinformationsupport/financialmatters/patientfinancialaid/
Their co-pay assistance program will continue as it has in the past. If you have AL and MM you may be able to qualify for this program if you meet certain eligibility requirements.
